Turkey Trot Street Closures

• This is NOT a Bay Forest sanctioned event - BFCA has NO control over the route and street closures
• The 17th annual Bay Area Turkey Trot is this Thursday
• Route and Street Closures 07:30am to 09:00am
  • Space Center Blvd - reduced to 1 lane from Falcon Pass to Pineloch - 
  • Inside BF: Village Brook, Lake Lodge, Scenic View, Palm Vista - LIMITED ACCESS
    • Streets are not "closed", but you're asked to TAKE CAUTION
    • Be aware of runners, wait for breaks before exiting driveways
    • Try to limit entering/exiting the neighborhood during time window
    • Police officers are positioned to assist with traffic
• Try to enjoy the event - plant a chair and cheer on participants

No Trash Pickup Thursday

• There will be no trash, recycle, or heavy debris pickup on Thursday in observance of Thanksgiving 
• Normal pickup resumes on Monday 01-December
• Reminder... Our trash & recycle service includes pick-up from the top of your driveway- use it
  • Ensure your trash can is in front of any vehicles in your driveway, and clearly visible from the street
  • if your driveway is gated, either keep your gate open, or wheel your trash outside your gate
