  2. Tax certificate or TREC 20-17 (contract) 1st page listing the home and seller's information
  3. ​​Buyer's information (if not in documentation)
  4. Closing date (turnaround time is 5-days; is this a RUSH which incurs $100 fee... turnaround time is 48-hrs after receipt of payment)
