Dear Bay Forest Neighbors,
My name is Javier Rodriguez, and for the past decade, I have been proud to call Bay Forest home. My wife and I are raising our three children here, and we are deeply committed to the success and vibrancy of our neighborhood through our involvement in local community events and charities.
As a business owner with 20 years of experience managing high-net-worth personal assets, I have applied my expertise in contracts, logistics, and financial review to serve our community. During my current tenure as Vice President, I have focused on delivering tangible results for all residents:

- Restoring Standards: Brought community maintenance back to the high level Bay Forest deserves.
- Financial Strength: Streamlined expenditures and strengthened our community’s overall financial health.
- Future Planning: Initiated a comprehensive reserve study to ensure long-term stability without unexpected burdens.
- Major Improvements: Successfully brought new major projects to fruition to enhance our shared spaces.

I am running for re-election to continue providing transparent, fiscally responsible leadership for the place my family calls home. I would be honored to have your vote.

Sincerely,

Javier Rodriguez
Bay Forest Resident & Vice President
